Papiri for accounting practices
Less routine.
More room
for your expertise.
Copying receipts, chasing documents, calls in the middle of a calculation. Papiri handles routine steps and connects work across your practice — so your expertise gets the attention it deserves.
Preparing for public access

01 — Collection and processing
Your client sends a receipt. The work moves forward.
From a photo to preparing accounting entries, without entering the same data again. An everyday fuel receipt shows the difference.

Photograph and send.
The receipt arrives while it is still with the client. PDF invoices and statements can arrive by email or file import.

Recognise and prepare.
Reads the data, classifies the expense and prepares its accounting treatment and a proposed entry.

Focus on the expert work.
A prepared document and its context become the basis for further work, with approval following the configured workflow.
Context · review · decision
The client supplies the document. Papiri prepares it. Your attention goes where professional judgment is needed.
02 — Working with clients
Fewer calls between accounting entries.
“What is my balance?” “What do I need to pay?” Vid, the AI assistant in Papiri, answers routine questions using business data. When context is missing, he asks the client.
Answers without waiting for you
Clients ask Vid about their data and everyday obligations.
Less chasing and reminding
Tasks, notifications and reminders help bring in the information you need on time.
Example conversation · a restaurant receipt
Business context collected for further processing.
03 — Your whole practice
See where work stands. Before opening a client.
A view across clients brings the whole picture together: what needs attention, whose reply is missing and how to share the work with your team.

What is next?
Work that needs attention, brought together.
Whose reply are we waiting for?
Clients who need a question or notification.
Who is working on it?
Organise work by employee, client and responsibility.
04 — VAT and payroll
Complex preparation can take less time, too.
When routine calculation steps are automated, your most experienced people can focus on review and exceptions. That creates room to distribute work more effectively across the practice.
VAT preparation
From processed documents to the data needed for the calculation.
Payroll calculation
Automating repeated steps in preparing payroll.
The scope of automation and professional review workflows are being confirmed ahead of public access.
How working together begins

A few more answers
Before you get started.
Is this just text recognition for receipts?
Recognising data is the first step. Papiri connects document collection, classification, business context and preparation of accounting entries. Both the client and the accountant work with the same document throughout the process.
Does my client need to learn bookkeeping?
Clients photograph a document, forward an email or answer a clear business question. They do not select general ledger accounts. Making it easy for clients is what helps documents and information reach you.
What exactly does free accountant access mean?
It covers your work with a business that subscribes to Papiri and invites you to collaborate. It does not mean every business or every possible accounting practice package has a free subscription.
Is Papiri available now?
